Magic File Renamer is a Shareware product. This means that you can evaluate the
software for a limited period, after which you are expected to register it.
The evaluation version of MFR is limited to 30 renaming operations. After
exhausting the trial renaming operations, you will not be able to further rename
files with MFR.
Registration Benefits
As a registered user you get:
- A license for this product, and a permanent right to use the product for an unlimited
time.
- The display of your name, company and license in the About
dialog box.
- Priority support by email.
- Free upgrades for any future release of MFR within the same major version, and at
least two years from the purchase date.
- Half price upgrade fee after your free upgrade period is completed.
- Free license codes for previous releases of MFR (by request).
License Types
Single License
Grants you the right to install MFR in one computer only.
Dual License
Grants you the right to install MFR in two computers, e.g a desktop and a laptop.
Site License
Grants you the right to install MFR in a fixed number of computers.
You will receive a single site license code.
Site Licenses are available for organizations, starting from 10 computers license.
Volume discounts are available.
Upgrades Policy
FineBytes reserve the right to introduce an upgrade charge for major new releases.
Minor new releases and maintenance releases are free of charge.
Upgrades are free for at-least two years from the purchase date.
Upgrading from previous version for registered users:
Licensed users of which purchased a license after April 1, 2010 are entitled to
a free upgrade to MFR 7.
Users who purchased their license before this date can purchase an upgrade license
for a 15 US$ price.
